The Dangerous of Too Much Salt (Sodium) in Your Daily Diet

Too much sodium (salt) in your diet is not good for your overall health and well being. Many of us consume too much sodium (salt) every day, because of the foods we decide to eat and not to eat in many instances.

Sodium (salt) is often used as a preservative, so you’ll tend to find that frozen foods have an excessive amount of salt even those frozen foods that at first glance appear to be “healthy, organic and/or kosher.”

Educate yourself on the dangers of eating too much sodium (salt) and begin making adjustments to live a healthier life. If you’re responsible for raising children and/or caring for our elders you have a moral obligation to see it that they have the best care possible as they aren’t in a position to do for themselves at this time. Don’t feed our children or elders an excessive amount of salt it WILL cause them physical and possibly emotional pain.
